Smoobu (Booking System) We use the Smoobu software for our online bookings. Provider is Smoobu GmbH, Berlin, Germany. When you make a reservation, the data you enter is transmitted to Smoobu and stored there to process the booking. This is necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

WhatsApp Communication If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your mobile number and the content of your message to handle your request. Provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Communication is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or to respond to pre-contractual inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) We maintain online presences on social networks. When visiting these platforms, user data is processed by the platform operator (Meta/LinkedIn) for statistical and advertising purposes.
